If you are a professional user you use the “Zoom operator" cube.
Open the cube and management and click on "Settings".
Via the settings, manage your greeting text, opening hours and company leave days.
Select the module "Opening hours". You will be shown an overview of the days.
Click on a day to modify the hours.
Confirm the hours by pressing the "Ready" button. The data is saved and it is made possible for the client to make a call during these hours. Besides, a customer no longer has the possibility to start a conversation outside the opening hours.
