If you are a professional user you use the "Zoom operator" cube.
The administrator can receive incoming calls, define welcome texts, set opening hours and add leave days. If the client starts a video call they will be queued. As an active operator you receive a notification.
When the operator clicks "Show me" the number of people in the queue is shown.
The operator can view the profile of each caller.
Press "Check profile" and you get more information about the caller.
