If you are a professional user you receive the “CallQueue Operator“ cube.
The administrator can receive incoming calls, define welcome text, set opening hours and add leave days.
Customers receive the "CallQueue Client" cube. This is added to the home screen by default. There is no relationship between the client and the operators, it is not a prerequisite to be a "friend".
It is the customer who takes the initiative to start a conversation by opening the "CallQueue Client" cube and starting the video call. The customer immediately sees the number of people waiting in the queue. If there is no queue then you will see the following screen:
The active operator (online via Cubigo) directly receives a notification for a new call in the queue.
As operator you choose to view the call or to ignore it.
If you click "Ignore", this call remains open until an operator is available. The client does not receive any notification about this.
The operator clicks "Show me" and sees which people are in the queue.
Only the call from the caller in the front of the queue can be answered. The operator can view the profile of each caller. You can also see how long the caller has waited in the queue at a glance.
Press "Accept call". A notification will inform the customer that the operator is ready to take his call.
Zoom starts and video calling can begin.
Make sure Zoom is installed. Zoom makes use of pop-ups. Make sure you allow these. How to do this exactly depends on the device you are using and the software program you use to surf the Internet. Learn about this by reading the CubigoUser Specifications.
If another Zoom call (link) is open, Zoom will notify you of this. Close the previous call (leave meeting) before you start the next one.
The call is concluded in Zoom. In Cubigo you press the button "Ready" to close the current call and move on to the next.
If your sound is turned on you will hear a ring when the first caller is added to the queue. You will not hear new notification for each subsequent caller that is added to the queue.
