If you are a customer, you receive the Zoom client cube: "Videobellen met CM".
Start the video call by clicking on the cube.
You will receive an overview of the opening hours. It will only be possible to speak to your consultant during the stated hours. The button "Start video conference" is displayed.
Note: If you try to call outside the opening hours, the green "Start video conference" button is not displayed and you will not be able to make a call.
Press the green button "Start video conference". You will see how many people are waiting in the queue ahead of you.
Be patient and leave the screen open. When the CM consultant has time, he/she will open your call which will enable you to click on the "Start Conversation" button.
No preexisting relationship is necessary between you and the consultant, so being a friend is not a prerequisite.
When you make video calls another program is started and an additional tab is opened on your computer. Go back to the open Cubigo-tab.
If you open the cube for the first time you get to see an instructional video of how to install Zoom. Please know that Zoom makes use of pop-ups. You must allow these pop-ups to be able to call with Zoom. How to do this exactly depends on the device and the program that you use to surf the Internet. View the section 'Cubigo User Specifications' for more information and learn how to enable pop-ups on your device and in the Internet browsing software you use.
