You always order a service via the Cubigo app or via the Cubigo website.
Log in and then click on the Happy@Home-cube:
- Clicking the ‘Services’ icon displays a list of the different services you can order. Have you already ordered or requested services? In that case, you can see the status of the order in the same screen?
- Would you like to place a new order? If so, click on the type of service you want to order (domestic help, home alteration, gardening or odd job). You complete your order in the following screens: enter the delivery address, identify the person who can contact the comfort coach (this is your contact at the service provider Ons or Clixxs) to discuss the order.
