Yes. You can do so as follows:
- In the Happy@Home app, choose Services.
- Then click the service you want to cancel.
- In the next screen, click the calendar icon. Here you will see a list of the ordered services on a monthly basis.
- Click the service you want to cancel.
- A message will now appear telling you what you need to do: either you will have to phone Ons or Clixxs, or your order will be cancelled automatically. This depends on how late you ask to cancel.
