I want to create a new account, but Cubigo says:
"This e-mail address has already been registered".
The e-mail address you used to log in to Cubigo is already being used for another account.
Because we use the e-mail address for logging in, we need a unique email address for each account. You have three options:
- Use a different e-mail address for the new account.
- Enter a different e-mail address for your current account. After that, you can register again with the now available e-mail address.
- Cancel the previous account. In that case, unfortunately, all data and contacts for this account will be lost.
