Sometimes you can experience difficulty when you try to activate the Happy@Home cube. There are a number of reasons known to cause issues.
- You have not yet ordered TAK-23 investment insurance with KBC. If you have ordered this investment insurance with the KBC and have signed the contract, you can activate the cube with the button 'Activate my Happy@Home.'
- You have ordered investment insurance, however, it is not yet activated by the KBC
branch. You will usually see the following error message:
Wait another day, or contact your KBC branch asking if they can change the status of Happy@Home from 'Requested' to 'Active'
- Activating the Happy@Home cube via a tablet or smartphone. At present, this is not yet possible. Log in to Cubigo on your Mac or PC. Once you have activated the cube you can order the services from your tablet or smartphone.
- Another cause may be that your browser is blocking pop-ups. Below we explain how you can adjust settings for your PC or Mac:
